Kiwifruit Mojito Mocktail

You’ll love our recipe for a Kiwifruit Mojito Mocktail, a tasty twist on the Cuban fav, which is the perfect blend of kiwifruit, lime, mint and a little sugar.


  • Kiwifruit, peeled - 3
  • Fresh lime juice - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves, plus extra to serve - 5
  • Soda water - 1/2 cup
  • Handful of ice cubes


  1. Place 2 of the kiwifruit, lime juice, sugar and mint into a jug or cocktail shaker and then lightly muddle or crush. If you have a blender handy, blitz a couple of times to get the right texture, blended well but not overdone.

  2. Fill 2 glasses up with crushed ice and divide the liquid into both glasses.

  3. Top up the glasses with soda water. Garnish with a couple of slices of the remaining peeled kiwifruit and mint leaves.
