Cleaning your washing machine
Step 1: Clean the lint trap, filter and wipe surfaces regularly.
Step 2: Run a tub cleaning cycle with an antibacterial washing machine cleaner.
Step 3: When done, wipe the drum and interior surfaces to remove any grime or residue.
How to wash wool
Step 1: Check the care label and colourfastness.
Step 2: If machine washable, use a wool detergent and correct setting.
Step 3: Dry flat away from direct sunlight and heat to retain shape and colour.
How to wash silk
Step 1: Check the care label and colourfastness.
Step 2: Hand wash silk, or machine wash cold in a mesh bag on a gentle cycle with silk detergent.
Step 3: Dry flat. Never tumble dry, twist, or wring silk, as this can distort its shape.
