Offer terms

This offer is valid from 00:01 on 22.07.2025 until 23:59 on 22.08.2025 (“Promotion Period”). A selected customer needs to enter the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout when placing a Pick up order totalling $100 or more on the Woolworths (“Woolworths”) online shopping site (woolworths.co.nz) or the Woolworths shopping app for the $20 discount to be applied to their online shop as outlined below.

Tobacco and vape products, smoking and vape accessories, Christmas Club vouchers, gift vouchers, gift cards, lottery tickets, recharges (mobile phones, calling cards, internet) and carpet care products do not count towards qualifying spend.

The “exclusive code” is not able to be shared and must be redeemed using the same email address for shopping online that the offer was sent to.

A $1.50 bag charge applies per order to cover the cost of all of the paper bags with the customer’s order.

The customer may only use one “exclusive code” per online shop. If there is a separate Woolworths promotion with a separate discount code, the customer will need to use the codes across separate online shops; the discount codes/”exclusive codes” cannot both be used on the same online shop. If there is a separate Everyday Rewards offer (not associated with a separate discount code/exclusive code) running at the same time as this offer, then the customer will be able to redeem the exclusive code offer and get the Everyday Rewards points set out in the Everyday Rewards offer.

Terms binding

By placing an online Pick up order and entering their “exclusive code” at checkout, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Who is eligible and How to redeem

This offer is only available to customers who receive an “exclusive code” by email, place an online Pick up order totalling $100 or more and use the “exclusive code” provided at the online checkout during the Promotion Period.

Variations

Woolworths reserves the right to vary any of the terms of this offer or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.

Exclusions and Liability

Woolworths is not responsible for any offers not redeemed within the Promotion Period. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights customers may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, Woolworths and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion. Woolworths is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.

Privacy Policy and Use of Personal Information

Any personal information collected by Woolworths through the promotion will be stored, used and disclosed in accordance with Woolworths’ Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act. Customers have the right to access their personal information pursuant to the Privacy Act, and can do so by contacting customerinfo@woolworths.co.nz or via one of the methods set out in Woolworths’ Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, customers consent to the use of their information as described above.
