Survey Period

The promoter of this Online Shopping survey prize draw (“draw”) is Woolworths New Zealand Ltd, 80 Favona Rd, Favona, Auckland 2024, which owns and operates Woolworths supermarkets (“Woolworths”).

The survey is live from Friday 14th November 2025 and closes Sunday 7th December 2025 (“Survey Period”). Woolworths reserves the right to extend or bring forward the Survey Period in its sole discretion.

This draw is open to Everyday Rewards members, 18 years of age or older, who are members of “Gather”, have not opted out of the panel, and have received an invitation to participate (“Eligible Customers”).

Method of Entry

For the duration of the Survey Period, Eligible Customers will receive one entry only into the prize draw by completing an Attitudinal survey within the Survey Period. Entries will not be accepted on a retrospective basis after the end of the Survey Period. If you are screened out, or otherwise found to be ineligible for the survey, you may still receive one entry only (at Woolworths discretion) into the prize draw.

Eligible Customers who have started the survey, but have not completed the survey before the end of the Survey Period will not have a valid entry into the prize draw.

Entrants must ensure their Everyday Rewards card is registered with complete and up to date account details (including phone number and email address).

Woolworths may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

Prizes

Twenty (20) winners will each receive a $100.00 Woolworths eGift card. The prizes will be emailed to winners.

Woolworths e-Gift Cards have no expiry date and can be redeemed in any physical Woolworths branded supermarket in New Zealand only. They may not be used for purchases made online, nor can they be used to purchase another gift card. Winners

Twenty (20) winners will be determined by random electronic draws from all valid entries received during the Survey Period. The draws will be conducted by Woolworths between Monday 8th December 2025 and Sunday 21st December 2025.

Woolworths will contact the winners by email using the details provided when the respondent joined Gather. It is up to entrants to ensure that their relevant details on the Gather database/account are correct. To update the details, please contact support@woolworthsgroupgather.com.au.

In the event a winner cannot be contacted (that is, cannot be reached by telephone and/or does not respond to email) within 48 hours of the prize draw, a winner will be redrawn on the same terms as the original draw. This process will continue until a winner is able to be contacted.

Exclusions and Liability

Woolworths will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.

Woolworths and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this draw or claiming/winning any prize, or availing themselves of any prize, except as required by law.

Woolworths is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the draw.

Use of Personal Information

All entries remain the property of Woolworths. All personal information will be collected and stored by Woolworths in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Woolworths’ privacy policy which can be found here. Woolworths may use entrants’ personal information from entries to conduct the draw, in accordance with the

Gather Collection Notice.

By entering this draw, entrants consent to the use of their information as described above.

General Terms and Conditions

The draw will be conducted by Woolworths in accordance with these terms and conditions. To the extent that any matter relating to the draw is not covered by these terms and conditions, Woolworths reserves the right in its sole discretion to conduct the draw as it sees fit, subject to any legal requirements or vary the terms and conditions as it deems reasonably necessary.

By entering into this draw the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have complied with all of their obligations under the Gather terms and conditions, which also apply to this draw. Woolworths reserves the right to deem any entry void should an entrant fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions. Prize winners will be published on https://www.woolworths.co.nz/help/terms-conditions/join-gather.

Woolworths reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry. If winning entry is disqualified pursuant to this paragraph, a winner will be redrawn on the same terms as the original draw. Woolworths' decision is final.

If this draw is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond Woolworths’ reasonable control, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this draw, Woolworths reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the draw.

All decisions of Woolworths are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.

Failure by Woolworths to enforce any of their rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If this draw is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond Woolworths’ reasonable control, Woolworths reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the full extent permitted by law, to vary, suspend or cancel this draw.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
