While all of our terms and conditions are important (and we recommend you read them all), we would like to draw your particular attention to the following term: Limitation on our Liability: While we will remain liable to you for any breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (in particular any failure to meet consumer guarantees), we are not otherwise liable to you for any loss, damage, costs or liability that you may suffer or incur, arising from, or in connection with, your participation in the Big Night In promotion.

Promotion period

1. The promoter of the promotion outlined below (“Promotion”) is Woolworths New Zealand Ltd, 80 Favona Rd, Favona, Auckland 2024 (“Woolworths”), which owns and operates the Woolworths supermarkets.
2. This Promotion commences Monday, 19 May 2025, 12:01 am and closes Sunday, 29 June 2025 11:59pm (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, customers can participate in the Big Night In promotion by making a qualifying purchase or purchasing participating brand products as outlined below.
3. This Promotion is open to Everyday Rewards card holders only. Woolworths trade customers will qualify for entry into all the prize draws.
4. For the purposes of calculating the qualifying spend, online shopping purchases are calculated at the time of product purchase, within the applicable daily prize draw (refer to Weekly Prize draw in paragraph 15 for the schedule).

Method of entry - Woolworths spend

1. During the Promotion Period, customers with a registered Everyday Rewards card can enter the competition by using their card at Woolworths when they make a purchase of $30 (‘Minimum Spend”) in a single eligible transaction. An additional entry into the draw will be earned for every $30 spent in the transaction e.g. $90 earns three entries, $120 earns four entries and so on.
2. Any money spent on the following goods, services and fees does not count towards the Minimum Spend requirement: purchases of tobacco products, smoking accessories, recharges (mobile phones, calling cards, internet), lottery products, Christmas Club vouchers, Woolworths gift vouchers and Woolworths gift cards, Rug Doctor equipment hire, cash-outs, donations, expenditure on delivery fees, bag fees, and bulk orders (purchases in excess of $1,000 in one transaction or $5,000 in multiple transactions across any consecutive seven day period).
3. There is a maximum of 999 entries permitted per person, per day.

Bonus entries with participating brand products

1. Subject to clause 5 and 6, the purchase of a (“Participating brand product”) when purchased in conjunction with a registered Everyday Rewards card will also qualify for an additional entry to the daily prize draw.
2. Annexure A sets out the Participating Brand products. Participating brand products will be advertised each week online at woolworths.co.nz. They will also be clearly identified in-store. One entry per Bonus Product. There is no limit on the number of products a customer can buy.
3. For example, if a customer spends during the Promotional Period $30 in a single transaction which includes three (3) Participating Brand products, that customer will receive four (4) entries to the daily prize draw including three (3) bonus entries. Prices of bonus products advertised exclude metro stores.

Entry without Everyday Rewards card

No retrospective entries can be given should a customer fail to use their card at the point of purchase.

Privacy and data management

1. All personal information will be collected and stored by Woolworths in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Woolworth’s privacy policy.
2. Your personal information (First name and Woolworths store where you shopped) may be used for promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this Promotion.
3. Once the competition is completed and all prizes have been allocated to winning customers, all records pertaining to the prize draw will be destroyed.

Winner(s)

Woolworths will contact the winners by email using the details listed on the Everyday Rewards account. It is up to each customer to ensure that their relevant details in the Everyday Rewards account are correct. Details can be updated by visiting www.woolworths.co.nz/EverydayRewards or by phoning the Woolworths Customer Care team on 0800 40 40 40.

Daily prize draws and prize pool information

1. There is one prize to be won daily from Monday 19th May to Sunday 28th June
2. Daily prize draws will take place weekly in the following schedule:
   Monday May 19th May - Sunday 25th May. Drawn Tuesday 27th May
   Monday 26th May - Sunday 1st June. Drawn Wednesday 4th June
   Monday 2nd June - Sunday 8th June. Drawn Tuesday 10th June
   Monday 9th June - Sunday 15th June. Drawn Tuesday 17th June
   Monday 16th June - Sunday 22nd June. Drawn Tuesday 24th June
   Monday 23rd June - Sunday 29th June. Drawn Tuesday 1st July
   Daily Prize winners will be drawn on the Tuesday of the following week, or Wednesday on the weeks that Monday falls on a public holiday.
3. Winners will be notified by email on the Wednesday following the prize draw.
4. The Prize reward is 668,000 Everyday Rewards Points, split into two equal instalments of 334,000 points. The first Prize installment will be loaded within 72 hours of winners emails being dispatched. The second and final Prize installment will be loaded within 3 months from the prize draw, no later than 30 September 2025.
5. If you are currently opted in for travel rewards, any points won would automatically be transferred to your nominated airline partner programme. 668,000 Everyday Reward points = 5,100 Airpoints Dollars™ or 501,000 Qantas Points.
6. The Prize will be loaded to the Account Holder’s Everyday Rewards account used to enter in the promotion. It will adhere to their current rewards choice. If this is travel rewards, Airpoints Dollars™ or Qantas Points, it will automatically be transferred to the nominated airline partner programme:

• For Qantas Frequent Flyer, the conversion is 2,000 Everyday Rewards Points into 1,500 Qantas Points.

7. There are 42 prizes in total of 668,00 points. Total Prize pool is 28,056,000 Everyday Rewards points.

Fraudulent or dishonest entries

1. Woolworths reserve the right to verify the validity of all entries into the draw that might be the result of fraudulent use of a card, therefore reserve the right to:
2. disqualifying any customer; or
3. refusing to award a prize; or
4. suspend or delete Everyday Rewards balances, where false or misleading details have been given by a customer, or a customer has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.

Exclusions and liability

1. For the avoidance of doubt, customers will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if they do not swipe or enter their Everyday Rewards at the time of purchase at Woolworths.
2. Woolworths will not be responsible for awarding entries if for any reason we experience shortages or there are situations that occur outside of our control. e.g. stock of Products.
3. Woolworths and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or claiming/winning any Prize, or availing themselves of any Prize, except as required by law.

General terms and conditions

1. By entering into this Promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have complied with all of your obligations under the Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to deem that your entry is void should you fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
2. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Woolworths, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Woolworths reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
