Bonus Fuel Discounts

1. These are the terms and conditions which apply to the cents per litre offers and other fuel discounts (as applicable) ("Bonus Fuel Discounts"), which may be offered by Woolworths from time to time. To qualify for a Bonus Fuel Discount you will need to spend a specified minimum amount in one transaction ("Qualifying Spend") at a Woolworths supermarket or on Woolworths’ ecommerce platform ("Woolworths Online Shopping"), on specified goods and services ("Qualifying Goods"). There are two types of Bonus Fuel Discounts: :

2. Nationwide Bonus Fuel Discount - a Bonus Fuel Discount available at all Woolworths stores, including Woolworths Online Shopping, during the promotional period;

3. Store-specific Bonus Fuel Discount - a Bonus Fuel Discount available at a particular Woolworths store to customers of that store (and which may not be available at other Woolworths stores to customers of those other stores or to Woolworths online shoppers) during the promotional period;

4. Details of the available Bonus Fuel Discount, applicable Qualifying Spend and Qualifying Goods will be available in store at Woolworths and on the Woolworths shopping website, except for store-specific Bonus Fuel Discounts, which do not apply to Woolworths online shoppers. If you are unsure of the available Bonus Fuel Discount, please ask at one of Woolworths’ customer services desks for details.

5. The available Bonus Fuel Discount, Qualifying Spend and Qualifying Goods may change at any time without notice, and may be different from store to store.

6. Tobacco products (including vaping products), smoking accessories, Christmas Club vouchers, gift vouchers, gift cards and lottery tickets are not Qualifying Goods.

7. From 1st February 2024, all Woolworths online shoppers are automatically provided with an Everyday Rewards number. Should you make a qualifying purchase as an online shopper you will receive a service email to advise you that your Bonus Fuel Discount is available for your use. You are not obliged to redeem this offer.

Nationwide Bonus Fuel Discounts – Woolworths in-store shoppers

1. You must have an Everyday Rewards card in order to earn nationwide Bonus Fuel Discounts in store. You must use your Everyday Rewards card when you make the qualifying purchase and the Bonus Fuel Discount must be redeemed using the same Everyday Rewards card.
2. On purchasing Qualifying Goods totalling the Qualifying Spend during the promotional period, you will be issued with a Bonus Fuel Discount.

Nationwide Bonus Fuel Discounts – Woolworths online shoppers

1. From 1st February 2024, all Woolworths online shoppers are allocated an Everyday Rewards account. A notification that you have earned a Bonus Fuel Discount based on reaching the Qualifying Spend with Woolworths Online Shopping during the promotional period may be sent to you as a service email or within the Everyday Rewards app. You are not obliged to redeem the offer.
2. Woolworths online shoppers earn nationwide Bonus Fuel Discounts if their qualifying online order is placed within the relevant promotional period, regardless of the date and time of delivery/pickup.
3. The Bonus Fuel Discount is loaded onto the online shopper's Everyday Rewards account once their qualifying online order has been delivered (for online deliveries) or picked up from the store (for store pick-ups).
4. If an online shopper places an order that meets or exceeds the Qualifying Spend, however upon delivery, the supplied basket does not meet the Qualifying Spend requirement due to Woolworths being unable to supply one or more items, the Bonus Fuel Offer will still be applied to the online shopper’s Everyday Rewards account, however this may take up to 7 working days.

Store Specific Bonus Fuel Discounts - Woolworths in-store shoppers

1. You must have an Everyday Rewards card in order to earn store-specific Bonus Fuel Discounts. You must use your Everyday Rewards card when you make the qualifying purchase and the Bonus Fuel Discount must be redeemed using the same Everyday Rewards card.
2. Store-specific Bonus Fuel Discounts only apply to in-store shoppers in a specific Woolworths store and not to Woolworths online shoppers.

Redemption of Bonus Fuel Discounts

1. Bonus Fuel Discounts can be redeemed in relation to the purchase of petrol, diesel or automotive LPG ("Fuel") subject to availability at participating bp or g.a.s partner service stations.
2. Bonus Fuel Discounts are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue of the discount.
3. Bonus Fuel Discounts are not redeemable at truckstop or unmanned service stations.
4. Bonus Fuel Discounts can be used towards the purchase of fuel up to a maximum of 50 litres.
5. Bonus Fuel Discounts can only be redeemed once per customer during each promotional period.
6. Bonus Fuel Discounts from Woolworths can be stacked with the highest fuel discount available from bp or g.a.s on the day.
7. If multiple Woolworths Bonus Fuel Discounts are available, the highest Bonus Fuel Discount available will be applied to the fuel transaction.
8. Bonus Fuel Discounts are not negotiable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Bonus Fuel Discounts cannot be redeemed when purchasing fuel cards.
