Offer valid from 2 June 2025 to 2 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

New Woolworths online customers who receive an "exclusive code” by email need to spend $100 or more (“Minimum Spend”) at the Woolworths online shopping site (woolworths.co.nz) or on the Woolworths mobile app in a single transaction. Customers must enter the “exclusive code” received by email at the online or in-app checkout for the ‘free online delivery’ offer to be applied to up to three online shops during the Promotion Period.

The “exclusive code” is not able to be shared with other customers and will only be valid up to three times per eligible online shopping account during the Promotion Period.

Any money spent on the delivery fee, bag charge, tobacco products, smoking accessories, Christmas Club vouchers, gift vouchers, gift cards, lottery tickets, recharges (mobile phones, calling cards, internet) and Rug Doctor rental charges does not count towards the Minimum Spend requirement. A $1.50 bag charge applies per order to cover the cost of all of the paper bags provided with the customer’s order.

The customer may only use one “exclusive code” per online shop. If a separate Woolworths promotion with a separate discount code is available, the customer will need to use the codes across separate online shops; the discount codes cannot both be used on the same online shop.  

Terms binding

By placing a qualifying online order and entering their “exclusive code” at checkout, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Who is eligible

This offer is only available to customers who receive a free-delivery offer and “exclusive code” by email, create a new Woolworths online shopping account and, during the Promotion Period, spend $100 or more in a single online transaction (available on up to 3 online orders per eligible customer), and use their “exclusive code” at the online on in-app checkout.

How to Redeem

The customer must meet all the conditions specified in the offer and enter the “exclusive code” provided at the online or in-app checkout for the offer to be applied to their online shop. This offer can be redeemed up to three times per eligible customer during the Promotion Period.

Variations

Woolworths reserves the right to vary any of the terms of this offer or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.

Exclusions and Liability

Woolworths is not responsible for any offers not redeemed within the Promotion Period. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights customers may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, Woolworths and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion. Woolworths is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.

Privacy Policy and Use of Personal Information

Any personal information collected by Woolworths through the promotion will be stored, used and disclosed in accordance with Woolworths’ Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act. Customers have the right to access their personal information pursuant to the Privacy Act, and can do so by contacting the customer care team on 0800 969 337 or via one of the methods set out in Woolworths’ Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, customers consent to the use of their information as described above.
