Free Express Pickup offer (“Offer”) available during the Promotion Period to Woolworths customers who spend $50 or more on Dinner Products (as defined below) online only in a single transaction via woolworths.co.nz or the Woolworths mobile app, and apply the promotional code (received via email or advertisement) at the online or in-app checkout. “Dinner Products” include all products on the “Dinner made easy” page of the Woolworths’ app and online shopping website. Orders including hot roast chicken are only valid for Express Pickup between 9am and 7pm are not available for e-locker pickup. Offer available only while stocks of Dinner Products last.

Express Pickup orders are ready for collection within 60 minutes. Express Pickup terms and conditions and exclusions apply, please see “Exclusions and Liability" below.

The Offer is only valid once per online shopping account during the Promotion Period. A $1.50 bag charge applies per order to cover the cost of all paper bags provided with the customer’s order. This Offer can be redeemed in addition to any Everyday Rewards Boosts or other Everyday Rewards offers available at the time of purchase. This Offer cannot be combined with any other online promotional code.

Terms binding

By placing a qualifying online order and redeeming the Offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Woolworths online shopping terms and conditions (including the Specific Terms and Conditions - refer to “Woolworths Online Shopping, 1. Price, 1.1 Estimated price and actual price”).

Variations

Woolworths reserves the right to vary any of the terms of this Offer or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.

Exclusions and Liability

This Offer is valid on Woolworths’ online only and excludes Woolworths' in-store purchases. The offer applies exclusively to Dinner Products listed in the “Dinner made easy” section of the Woolworths’ app and online shopping site. It excludes any other products.

This offer is only available on Woolworths’ Express Pickup services and excludes delivery services. Express Pickup terms and conditions apply (refer to clause 6.2 of the Woolworths online shopping terms and conditions). Specifically, Express Pickup is available only at selected stores listed on the Woolworths website, with a limit of 50 items per order. Additionally, Express Pickup orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Orders including hot roast chicken are only valid for Express Pickup between 9am and 7pm and are not available for e-locker pickup. This offer’s availability depends on Express Pickup slot capacity at the time of order.

Woolworths is not responsible for any offers not redeemed within the Promotion Period.

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights customers may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, Woolworths and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion.

Any personal information collected by Woolworths is stored, used and disclosed in accordance with Woolworths’ Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. Customers have the right to access their personal information pursuant to the Privacy Act, and can do so by contacting the customer care team on 0800 969 337 or via one of the methods set out in Woolworths’ Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, customers consent to the use of their information as described above.
