Shop & Scan to Win Online Promotion November 2026

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be eligible.

Promotional Dates

  1. The Promotion starts in New Zealand at 00:00 on 02/11/2026 and ends at 23:59 on 29/11/2026 (“Promotional Period”).

  2. Throughout the Promotional Period, the period from each Monday at 00:00 through to Sunday at 23:59 (inclusive) will be considered a “Promotional Week”. There will be a total of four (4) Promotional Weeks during the “Promotional Period”.

Eligible entrants

  1. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are existing Everyday Rewards members (“Eligible Entrant”). An existing Everyday Rewards member is any person who is a holder of a registered Everyday Rewards card issued by Woolworths, excluding holders of temporary Everyday Rewards cards.

  2. Eligible Entrants must continue to be an existing Everyday Rewards member during the
    Promotional Period to be eligible for a prize. If an Eligible Entrant ceases to be an existing Everyday Rewards member during the Promotional Period or at the time their prize is to be used, the winner will be taken to have forfeited their prize.

  3. Employees of Woolworths who are Everyday Rewards members are eligible to enter this promotion.

How to enter

  1. For the chance to win a prize, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

a. be an Eligible Entrant;

b. purchase three (3) Participating Products (as described in clause 37 below) online at Woolworths.co.nz or via the Woolworths App.

c. complete their transaction, (together, a “Qualifying Entry”).

  1. A limit of one Qualifying Entry applies per Eligible Entrant per day. Eligible Entrants may enter multiple times during the Promotional Period, subject to the daily entry limit.

  2. For the avoidance of doubt, purchases made at MILKRUN are excluded. Purchases made instore during the Promotional Period could be eligible to enter the instore promotion. See in-store promotion terms here.

  3. For the avoidance of doubt, if a customer cancels their order they will no longer have a Qualifying Entry.

Prizes and weekly prize draws

  1. Throughout the Promotional Period, 1,966 prizes will be available to win in the following types and denominations:

  1. There are 492 prizes per Promotional Week that will be drawn and distributed during the Promotional Period. Winners will be drawn weekly from a pool of all Eligible Entrants.

  2. Promotional weeks are as follows:

a. Week One: Commences Monday 2nd November – closes Sunday 8th November
b. Week Two: Commences Monday 9th November – closes Sunday 15th November
c. Week Three: Commences Monday 16th November – closes Sunday 22nd November
d. Week Four: Commences Monday 23rd November – closes Sunday 29th November

  1. Online orders will be entered into the promotional week that they are placed, not the week that they are collected or delivered.

  2. Weekly Prize winners will be drawn on the Tuesday of the week following the promotional week.

  3. The prize will be loaded to the account holder’s Everyday Rewards account used to enter in the promotion.

  4. Prizes are loaded within 72 hours of the weekly prize draw.

  5. The total number of prizes being given away for this Promotion is 1,966 with a total prize pool value of $50,000 or 6,676,000 Everyday Rewards points.

  6. The prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable. The prizes are awarded and must be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Everyday Rewards program available at everydayrewards.co.nz/terms-and-conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions displayed to the winner via email upon winning their prize.

  7. Everyday Rewards may, in its absolute discretion, award a winner an alternative prize to the same or greater value as their original prize, if their original prize results in their Everyday Rewards account balance exceeding the value permissible under the Everyday Rewards program’s terms and conditions.

Winner notification

  1. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours following the weekly prize draw.

  2. Woolworths will contact the winners by email using the details listed on the Everyday Rewards account. It is up to each customer to ensure that their relevant details in the Everyday Rewards account are correct. Details can be updated by visiting www.Woolworths.co.nz/Everyday Rewards or by phoning the Woolworths Customer Care team on 0800 40 40 40.

Fraudulent or dishonest entries

  1. Woolworths reserve the right to verify the validity of all entries into the draw that might be the result of fraudulent use of a card, therefore reserve the right to:

a. disqualify any customer; or
b. refuse to award a prize; or
c. suspend or delete Everyday Rewards balances, where false or misleading details have been given by a customer, or a customer has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.

Privacy and Data Management

  1. All personal information will be collected and stored by Woolworths in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Woolworths’ privacy policy.

  2. The entry information is collected by Woolworths purely for the purpose of establishing qualifying entries into the draw.

  3. Once the competition is completed and all prizes have been allocated to winning customers, all records pertaining to the prize draw will be destroyed.

Exclusions and Liability

  1. Woolworths will not be responsible for awarding entries if for any reason we experience shortages or there are situations that occur outside of our control. e.g. stock of Products.

  2. Woolworths and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or claiming/winning any Prize, or availing themselves of any Prize, except as required by law.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Woolworths’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.

  2. Woolworths accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Woolworths assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond Woolworths’ control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion. If such problems arise, then Woolworths may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

  3. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Woolworths’s control, Woolworths may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.

  4. If an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date at which they enter the Promotion and the Draw date(s), that Eligible Entrant must notify Woolworths of their correct contact details immediately by updating their Everyday Rewards account details.

  5. Woolworths reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Upon receiving and reviewing the information to assess verification, Woolworths’ decision is final. Woolworths reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of Woolworths, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Woolworths’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

  6. All ancillary costs and other expenses incurred as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  7. Woolworths may use entrants’ personal information from entries to conduct the promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes, in accordance with standard

  8. Woolworths New Zealand Limited of 80 Favona Road, Mangere, Auckland, New Zealand is the promoter.
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
