Pride at Woolworths

We're proud of our diversity and it's important to us that all of our team is able to bring their whole selves to work and feel like they belong. Proud at Woolworths is our internal LGBTTQ+ network, with a committee and community who identify as LGBTTQ+ and allies. Our team members care deeply about creating a truly inclusive place to work and are passionate about leading the important mahi in this space. We know that an inclusive workplace where our differences are celebrated not only positively impacts our team, but the communities we serve too.

Pride celebrations

We are proud to support regional Pride events right across New Zealand. As part of our ongoing community engagement, we actively get involved with Pride festivals and initiatives within both the North Island and South Island. This ongoing participation is a fantastic way for us to connect directly with the community and show our support during these celebrations.
