Air Fryer Fruit
Air Fryer Fruit is great as a tasty treat, quick snack or a delicious addition to a platter. Our air fryer how-to makes it easy!
Recipe Tip If using sugar, air fry the citrus for a little longer as the sugar generates more moisture. Try sliced kiwifruit, strawberries or whole raspberries and adjust air frying time to 1-1.5 hours.
Ingredients
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 mandarin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar

- Step 1 of 3Turn the air fryer on to 100°C.
- Step 2 of 3Place the thinly sliced fruit onto a plate and pat with paper towels to remove the excess moisture. Sprinkle the fruit with a little sugar if desired.
- Step 3 of 3Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer tray and air fry for 1 ½, checking every 30 minutes and turning over using tongs until dried.
