Apricot, Almond & Orange Bliss Balls
Whip up these fresh apricot, almond and orange bliss balls for a handy snack. This simple recipe is a total winner for the whānau.
Ingredients
- 100 grams ground almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 orange, zest

- Step 1 of 4Place apricots, ground almonds, sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp coconut and orange zest in a food processor and combine until the mixture is like a fine crumb texture.
- Step 2 of 4Add honey, coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of water, then pulse.
- Step 3 of 4Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls approximately 3cm in diameter. Roll in desiccated coconut to coat and chill in fridge for about 1 hour until firm.
- Step 4 of 4Store bliss balls in an air-tight container in the fridge.
