Berry Fruit Salad with Orange & Ginger Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 1 punnet strawberries, halved or quartered
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1 punnet blackberries
