Berry Margarita

Ingredients

  • 2 lime, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, stalks & leaves removed
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup cherries, pitted
  • 300 mL cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 lime, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, stalks & leaves removed
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup cherries, pitted
  • 300 mL cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup ice

Method

  1. Step 1 of 7
    To start, prep your glasses. Coat the rim of your cocktail glass by sliding the lime wedge across the top rim of the glass.
  2. Step 2 of 7
    Spread the salt on an even surface and dip the glass top rim onto it. Shake the remaining salt off the glass.
  3. Step 3 of 7
    Put the strawberries, blackberries and cherries in a shaker or a jar with a lid.
  4. Step 4 of 7
    Crush the berries slightly so they dilute and you start to smell the berry essence. Fill up the shaker or jar with ice.

    Pour over the cranberry juice, sugar and lime juice.

    Make sure the shaker or jar is air-tight and then shake well.

    Strain the mix into your glasses using a cocktail strainer or other fine mesh strainer or sieve. Enjoy!
