Berry Mimosa
Whether you're serving guests or sipping it yourself, this Berry Mimosa recipe makes it easy to raise a glass this summer and toast to a very merry festive season.
Recipe Tip Prepare your ice cubes in advance!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 punnet strawberries
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 2 sprig thyme
- 1/2 bottle prosecco or other sparkling wine

- Step 1 of 4Add chopped berries and mint to the ice tray.
- Step 2 of 4Pour orange juice over each tray cube and leave to freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
- Step 3 of 4Add 3-4 ice cubes into each glass and fill ¾ of the glass with Prosecco.
- Step 4 of 4Top each glass up with flavoured San Pellegrino and a thyme sprig and enjoy!
