Blueberry Bread & Butter Pudding
Create a simple yet standout dessert with this Blueberry Bread & Butter pudding. This easy recipe uses common pantry staples and could even be served as a decadent brunch recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cream, thickened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 125 grams blueberries, if frozen thaw and drain before use
- 6 slices white bread
- 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 100 grams butter
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 3 cups milk

- Step 3 of 4In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Evenly cover the bread with this mixture and let sit until the mixture is almost completely absorbed.
