Breakfast Croissants
Whip up easy breakfast croissants in just 10 mins. This quick recipe is packed with tasty ham, egg & cheese—the perfect morning treat.
Recipe Tip This is a great one for younger children to make. Boil eggs the night before, ready for breakfast the next day. Older kids can try replacing boiled eggs with scrambled.
Ingredients
- 4 croissants, cut in half
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup baby rocket leaves
- 4 slices ham

- Step 1 of 4Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Step 2 of 4Fill croissants with an even amount of ham, tomato, cheese and egg. Arrange on tray.
- Step 3 of 4Bake for 4-5 minutes, until croissants are warm and cheese has begun to melt.
- Step 4 of 4Remove from oven using a dry tea towel or oven mitt. Add a few rocket leaves to each to serve.
