Brie & Cranberry Wreath

Bake a Brie & Cranberry Wreath for a stunning festive starter. This easy pull-apart dish is a melty, sweet holiday hit.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons runny honey
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 125 grams double cream brie
  • 6 dinner rolls

Method

  1. Step 1 of 7
    Preheat the oven to 160°C (180°C fan-forced).
  2. Step 2 of 7
    Line an oven tray with baking paper.
  3. Step 3 of 7
    Remove the brie wheel from packaging and place into the centre of the tray.
  4. Step 4 of 7
    Place dinner rolls in a circle around the outside of the brie and lightly drizzle with honey, brushing to coat evenly.
  5. Step 5 of 7
    Spoon the cranberry sauce into the centre of the brie.
  6. Step 6 of 7
    Sprinkle the cranberry and nut mixture over top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is soft to the touch.
  7. Step 7 of 7
    Remove and serve immediately with a sprinkle of rosemary leaves, and a little extra honey.
