Brie & Cranberry Wreath
Bake a Brie & Cranberry Wreath for a stunning festive starter. This easy pull-apart dish is a melty, sweet holiday hit.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons runny honey
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 125 grams double cream brie
- 6 dinner rolls

- Step 1 of 7Preheat the oven to 160°C (180°C fan-forced).
- Step 2 of 7Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Step 3 of 7Remove the brie wheel from packaging and place into the centre of the tray.
- Step 4 of 7Place dinner rolls in a circle around the outside of the brie and lightly drizzle with honey, brushing to coat evenly.
- Step 5 of 7Spoon the cranberry sauce into the centre of the brie.
- Step 6 of 7Sprinkle the cranberry and nut mixture over top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is soft to the touch.
- Step 7 of 7Remove and serve immediately with a sprinkle of rosemary leaves, and a little extra honey.
