Chilli Garlic Prawns
Whip up fresh, flavourful chilli garlic prawns in minutes. This easy recipe is perfect for your next BBQ.

Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500 grams raw banana prawns
- 1 chilli, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoons dried chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup store-bought aioli
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper

- Step 1 of 3Combine oil, garlic and chilli in a large bowl. Add prawns and season well.
- Step 2 of 3Using fingers, rub marinade into prawns. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Step 3 of 3Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan on high. Cook prawns for 2-3 minutes each side, until pink and cooked through. Arrange on a platter. Serve with aioli, lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
