Christmas Trifle
Looking for a show-stopping Christmas dessert without the fuss? Our Christmas trifle recipe looks great, and thanks to a few simple tricks, does not take long to make.
Ingredients
- 1 packets raspberry jelly
- 1 packets blackberry jelly
- 400 grams whipped cream
- 1 packets large sponge cake, cut into squares
- 200 grams fresh raspberries
- 600 mL ready made custard
- 750 grams frozen or fresh berries

- Step 1 of 3Arrange half the berry fruit in two shallow dishes. Make up the two packets of jelly using half the amount of boiling water in packet instructions. Pour over the fruit and allow to set.
- Step 2 of 3In a glass dish layer the custard, berries, sponge cake and jelly finishing with custard.
- Step 3 of 3Top with whipped cream and garnish with raspberries.
