Classic Anzac Biscuits

- Step 1 of 5Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Step 2 of 5Combine flour, oats, coconut and sugar in a large bowl. Heat the spread and syrup together in a small pan over low heat until melted and remove from heat.
- Step 3 of 5Dissolve bicarbonate of soda with 1 tablespoon of boiling water and stir into a syrup mixture. Add to the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Step 4 of 5Drop tablespoons of mixture onto the trays, leaving room for the biscuits to spread. Flatten slightly with your fingers.
