Classic Cheese Scones
Bake a batch of fluffy Cheese Scones for a simple, satisfying snack. This easy recipe uses yoghurt for extra softness and is ready in 20 minutes.
Recipe Tip Cut the dough into squares if you don't have a cutter.

- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups tasty cheese, grated
- 1 cup milk
- 100 grams butter

- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons salt

- Step 1 of 7Preheat the oven to 240°C (220°C fan-forced).
- Step 2 of 7In a large bowl, whisk the milk, yoghurt, and lemon juice, until smooth.
- Step 3 of 7Mix the butter, flour, baking powder, and salt in a kitchen processor until it resembles breadcrumbs - then, pulse in the cheese.
