Classic Kiwi Burger

Ingredients
- 4 sesame burger buns
- 500 grams mince beef
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoons tuscan herbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 pinch salt and pepper
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 slices beetroot
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons tomato relish or tomato sauce
- 4 sesame burger buns

- Step 1 of 4For the patties in a bowl place the mince, egg, Tuscan herbs, parsley, salt and pepper mixing well. Shape into four even sized patties. Cover and refridgerate until ready to cook.
- Step 2 of 4Heat a little oil on barbeque or in a frying pan. Cook the patties for 4 minutes each side or until done to your liking.
- Step 3 of 4Warm the buns in the oven for a few minutes.
- Step 4 of 4Place the base of the bun onto a plate. Top with cheese, beetroot, lettuce and your choice of other fillings.
