Cream Cheese & Strawberry Whip
Cream Cheese & Strawberry Whip is a quick and easy recipe which makes the most of leftover or overripe strawberries and tastes all kinds of delicious. Just mash, blitz, pulse and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized strawberries, hulled and mashed
- 125 grams cream cheese
- 1 teaspoons lime or lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar

- Step 1 of 4Hull and mash the strawberries on a plate using a fork.
- Step 2 of 4Place the cream cheese, icing sugar and zest into a food processor, blitzing until smooth and well combined.
- Step 3 of 4Add the strawberries and pulse 3 or 4 times to combine but don't over-whip.
- Step 4 of 4Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
