Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chunks
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 180 grams butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chunks

Method

  1. Step 1 of 7
    Into a large jar, layer the dry ingredients, starting with the flour, then the baking soda, brown sugar, white sugar, dark chocolate, and the white chocolate.
  2. Step 2 of 7
    Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced).
  3. Step 3 of 7
    To cook, tip the jar into a large bowl.
  4. Step 4 of 7
    Combine the egg, vanilla and melted butter in a bowl.
  5. Step 5 of 7
    Add to the dry ingredients, stirring to form the dough.
  6. Step 6 of 7
    Roll tablespoons of mixture and place onto two lined baking trays. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

    Cool on the trays, then store in an airtight container.
