Easter Egg Rice Bubble Nests
This Easter, break out rice bubbles and create little nests of perfect goodness the kids will love - so good, so tasty.
Recipe Tip If you have rice bubbles which have gone stale, toast them in the oven to freshen them up and make them crunchy again.
Ingredients
- 4 Mars bars, chopped
- 3 cups rice bubbles
- 2 packets assorted mini chocolate Easter eggs
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 100 grams unsalted butter, chopped
- 4 Mars bars, chopped
- 3 cups rice bubbles

- Step 1 of 5Grease and line 10 bases of a 12-hole muffin tin.
- Step 2 of 5Place Mars bars and butter in a medium saucepan. Stir over a low heat for 5 minutes or until melted.
- Step 3 of 5Place rice bubbles in a large heatproof bowl. Add melted Mars bar mixture and stir to combine. Allow to cool, then divide mixture among pan holes and shape into nests.
- Step 4 of 5Refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator until just before serving.
- Step 5 of 5When ready to serve, place on a platter with Easter eggs arranged inside each nest.
