Easy Blackberry Frozen Yoghurt
Cool down this summer with our Easy Blackberry Frozen Yoghurt. When we say it's easy, we mean it – just blitz, freeze, and serve.
Recipe Tip This recipe is best served soon after it's made. The longer the frozen yoghurt is stored, the icier it becomes.
Ingredients
- 625 grams blackberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups full-fat natural yoghurt

- Step 1 of 2Place 500g blackberries, syrup and yoghurt in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a 1L capacity freezer-proof container. Smooth top. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Step 2 of 2Stand frozen yoghurt at room temperature for 10 minutes. Halve remaining blackberries lengthways. Scoop frozen yoghurt into bowls and serve with blackberries (see Tip).
