Easy Halloween Eyeball Jelly Cups

- 18 marshmallows
- 120 grams smarties
- 1 packets black writing icing
- 1 packets red writing icing

- Step 1 of 4Place the jelly crystals in a large jug, then add 2 cups of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Top with 1 2/3 cups cold water and stir to combine.
- Step 2 of 4Divide among 6 x 1-cup capacity glasses, then refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
- Step 3 of 4To make the eyes, halve marshmallows horizontally, then top the sticky side with Smarties.
