Grazing Platter
With a lineup of meatballs, cheese and fresh fruit, this Grazing Platter is an easy way to fill the family with appetisers this holiday season.
Ingredients
- 400 grams beef meatballs
- 1/2 cup plum sauce
- 175 grams hummus
- 1/4 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 200 grams olives
- 125 grams brie
- 100 grams creamy blue cheese
- 125 grams salami
- 100 grams prosciutto
- 500 grams grapes
- 2 mandarins
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup unshelled roasted pistachio nuts
- 2/3 packets crackers
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
- 1/4 watermelon, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoons olive oil

- Step 1 of 4Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper, add the meatballs then cook for 15 minutes until cooked through and golden. Remove from the oven and mix through the plum sauce.
- Step 2 of 4Meanwhile, prepare the platter. Place the hummus into a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the smoked paprika. Place the olives into another bowl.
- Step 3 of 4Arrange the brie, blue cheese, salami, prosciutto, grapes, mandarins, watermelon, dried apricots, pistachio nuts and crackers on a large platter, leaving room for the meatballs.
- Step 4 of 4Place the meatballs into another bowl then place onto the platter. Garnish with rosemary.
