  • 1 slice wholemeal sandwich bread
  • 1 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 2 blueberries
  • 1 sprig Italian parsley, leaves picked
  • 1/4 teaspoons cocoa, sifted

Method

  1. Step 1 of 4
    Toast bread until light golden.
  2. Step 2 of 4
Reserve 2 dots-worth of cream cheese. Place cream cheese and cocoa in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 3mm plain nozzle. Pipe the outline of Groot's face about 7.5 centimetres long and 6 centimetres wide (at the widest point) and 4cm wide (at the narrowest point).
  3. Step 3 of 4
Pipe 3 layers of long thin ribbons of mixture to create Groot's face. Arrange blueberries on the face to create eyes. Using reserved cream cheese and a toothpick, dot a little cream cheese on the edge of blueberries. Pipe a mouth about 2 centimetres long under the eyes.
  4. Step 4 of 4
Carefully insert parsley into the top of Groot's head to create leaves. Serve.
