Ham with Apricot & Mustard Glaze

Recipe Tip For a crunchy nutty taste mix 1½ cups chopped mixed nuts with 1/3 of the glaze, press onto ham and bake for the last 15 minutes of cooking time.

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 piece leg of ham, cooked on the bone
- 1/3 cup brown sugar

- Step 2 of 5Carefully remove the rind from ham. Score the fat in a diamond pattern.
