Honey Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 125 grams brie
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 sprig thyme
- 100 grams honey & almond crackers

- Step 1 of 2Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place brie on tray. Score a small criss-cross pattern into surface of brie with a small, sharp knife. Bake for 12 minutes or until brie is heated and softened.
- Step 2 of 2Carefully transfer brie to a serving plate. Drizzle with honey and top with thyme. Serve with crackers.
