Kale Chips

Ingredients
- 3 cups kale leaves, torn
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt

- 2 teaspoons chilli oil instead of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika

- Step 1 of 3Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with paper.
- Step 2 of 3Tear the kale into pieces roughly 3-4 cm in size. Place onto the tray. Drizzle over the oil and toss together. Place into the oven for 7-8 minutes until crisp, turning once.
- Step 3 of 3Remove and sprinkle over the garlic salt, chilli oil or smoked paprika.
