Lamb Naan Pizzas

This Lamb Naan Pizza recipe is a tasty alternative to your usual pizza favourite.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams lamb leg steaks, sliced
  • 3 teaspoons garam masala
  • 4 naan breads
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 3/4 cup sweet mango chutney
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers, peeled into long, thin ribbons
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, torn
  • 1 packets mixed salad

Method

  1. Step 1 of 5
    Preheat an oven grill to high.
  2. Step 2 of 5
    Combine lamb and garam masala in a medium bowl, season.
  3. Step 3 of 5
    Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Place 2 naan breads on each baking tray. Spread each naan with even amounts of mango chutney, top with cheese, capsicum and lamb mixture.
  4. Step 4 of 5
    In 2 separate batches, grill the naan breads for 4-5 minutes, or until golden and lamb is just cooked.
  5. Step 5 of 5
    Top pizzas with cucumber, dollops of yoghurt, 1/8 cup chutney and mint. Serve with remaining chutney and salad on the side.
