Lunchbox Wraps Three Ways

Ingredients

Banana and Peanut butter

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoons lemon juice

Chicken, Mayo and Lettuce

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 1 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup lettuce

Hummus, Grated Carrot and Cucumber

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cups cucumber sticks

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoons lemon juice

Chicken, Mayo and Lettuce

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 1 tablespoons mayonnaise

Method

  1. Step 1 of 3
    Line the wrap on a clean bench or board.
  2. Step 2 of 3
    Spread wrap with soft filling first, and then add the main filling and wrap tightly.
  3. Step 3 of 3
    Slice in half, or into bite sized pieces. Refrigerate until ready to eat or pack into a lunch box.
