Macaroni Cheese
Whether you need a plate for a party, an easy dinner, or are just wanting a delicious something in your stomach, this Macaroni Cheese will do the trick.
Ingredients
- 250 grams macaroni
- 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 cups grated tasty cheese
- 50 grams salted butter
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoons salt

- Step 1 of 6Cook the macaroni according to packet directions.
- Step 2 of 6While the macaroni is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and mix in the flour until smooth.
- Step 3 of 6Return to the heat and cook stirring until the mixture is frothy. Mix in the mustard.
- Step 4 of 6Remove from the heat and mix in a little milk at a time, stirring after each addition until smooth.
- Step 5 of 6Return to the heat and cook until the sauce boils and thickens. Mix in the salt and cheese.
- Step 6 of 6Drain pasta well, shaking the macaroni to remove as much water as possible Spoon into a serving dish and grill until lightly golden.
