Ingredients

  • 1 mandarin, zest
  • 500 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 mL cream, lightly whipped
  • 1 tablespoons grated chocolate
  • 2 mini marshmallows
  • 500 mL full cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Method

  1. Step 1 of 4
    Put the milk, sugar, and mandarin zest into a pot and slowly bring it to a simmer, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Strain the zest and return the milk to the pot with the chocolate.
  2. Step 2 of 4
    Bring the milk to a boil, stirring until smooth.
  3. Step 3 of 4
    Pour while warm into your glasses. Top with lightly whipped cream, extra mandarin zest and a sprinkle of chocolate.
  4. Step 4 of 4
    Top with marshmallows if using.
