Mango & Passionfruit Mocktail

Looking for a cool beverage to toast to the season? A little sweet, a little tart and all kinds of fresh, our recipe for a Mango & Passionfruit Mocktail will be your go-to drink for this summer and beyond.
Note Mint leaves and lime to garnish not included in analysis.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, pieces
  • 1 cup passionfruit pulp
  • 5 leaves fresh mint
  • 2 lime, 1 lime, juiced
  • 300 mL ginger ale
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup mango, pieces

Method

  1. Step 1 of 5
    Crush your mango, passionfruit and mint up together in the bottom of your pitcher (or long glass) using a muddler. If you have a blender handy, blitz a couple of times to get the right texture.
  2. Step 2 of 5
    Slice and juice the lime and add the juice over the crushed fruit.
  3. Step 3 of 5
    Top the pitcher or glass up with ginger ale (leaving a small amount of space for ice) and then stir for a minute to ensure all flavours are well mixed.
  4. Step 4 of 5
    Once stirred, top your drink up with crushed ice. If making in a pitcher, pour the drink into serving glasses of your choice. .
  5. Step 5 of 5
    To garnish, slice a thin round of lime, make a cut halfway through from the centre to the edge and then slide onto the edge of your glass. For an extra touch, finish with a mint leaf on top. Enjoy!
