Mexican Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 packets Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix
- 500 grams beef mince
- 1 onion
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 packets corn chips
Top
- 2 cups cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup tomato salsa
- 1 packets Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix
- 500 grams beef mince

Top
- 2 cups cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup tomato salsa
- Step 1 of 4Dice the onion and capsicum into small pieces and heat in a little oil for 5 minutes until soft.
- Step 2 of 4Add the mince and Farrah's Nacho Spice Mix, mix in until the mince is broken up and has started to turn brown.
- Step 3 of 4Add the tomato and beans and cook through for 5 minutes or until the mince is cooked.
- Step 4 of 4Layer your corn chips into your dish and build your nachos. Top with cheese and put them under the grill to melt the cheese. Finish them off with a dollop of sour cream and freshly made tomato salsa.
