Milk Coffee Tiramisu

Sort a sweet treat with this creamy Milk Coffee Tiramisu. It's a quick, no-bake winner using Arnott's biscuits for that classic Kiwi taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 80 mL coffee syrup
  • 1 packets milk coffee biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup thickened light cream
  • 300 grams vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee

Method

  1. Step 1 of 7
    Mix together the coffee and water. Add the Coffee syrup and set aside.
  2. Step 2 of 7
    In a separate bowl mix together the cream and fruche until combined and smooth.
  3. Step 3 of 7
    Soak enough milk coffee biscuits in the coffee mixture to cover the base of a 210mm square shallow dish for 30 seconds or until just starting to soften.
  4. Step 4 of 7
    Place in the base of the dish and top with a layer of the cream mixture. Repeat this process until the two mixtures are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
  5. Step 5 of 7
    Dust the top with cocoa.
  6. Step 6 of 7
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Slice into squares with a sharp knife and serve.
