Mini Marshmallow Tarts

- 100 grams marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoons grated chocolate
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries

- Step 2 of 3In a microwave proof bowl, melt marshmallows and cream together for 1 minute. Stir then repeat for 30 seconds, then as needed until mix is well combined.
- Step 3 of 3Fill mini tartlets, letting them rest for 15 minutes to set. Top with your choice of toppings.
