  • 50 grams dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup raisins or craisins
  • 1 packets pretzel sticks
  • 200 grams white chocolate, melted
  • 50 grams dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup raisins or craisins

Method

  1. Step 1 of 6
Line two flat trays with baking paper.
  2. Step 2 of 6
Place the 8-9 pretzel sticks into an 8-star shape.
  3. Step 3 of 6
Melt the two flavours of chocolate separately in a bowl over the simmering water (you may need to do this one at a time). Place the melted chocolate into two different piping or plastic bags.
  4. Step 4 of 6
Pipe a blob of the white chocolate in the centre to hold the stick together. Then pipe three circles over the sticks creating the spiderweb effect. Let them dry.
  5. Step 5 of 6
Add a blob of dark chocolate in the centre. Top with a raisin or Craisin. Using a sharp knife, pull a few lines of dark chocolate from the centre outwards.
  6. Step 6 of 6
Handle carefully and store in an airtight container.
