Spiced Kūmara with Yoghurt Dressing
Add some spice to your life with Spiced Kūmara with Yoghurt Dressing. The super easy recipe for a spicy kumara dish makes for the perfect side to almost any meal.
Ingredients
- 4 kūmara, cut into 2 cm chunks
- 1/4 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons runny honey
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons salt

- Step 1 of 4Preheat an oven to 200°C (180C fan-forced°C). Line a large baking tray with paper.
- Step 2 of 4Place the kūmara onto the tray. Sprinkle over the smoked paprika and salt. Place into the oven for 20 minutes, then sprinkle on the chilli and orange zest cooking for a further 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Step 3 of 4To make the dressing, combine the yoghurt, orange, ginger, honey, chilli and paprika in a small bowl, stirring well to combine.
- Step 4 of 4Spoon over the kūmara while warm and serve.
