Sticky Soy & Honey Chicken Drumsticks

Recipe Tip Alternatively, remove the drums from the marinade. Preheat a barbecue to a medium heat. Add the drums cooking for 45-50 minutes turning every few minutes until cooked to your liking.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoons orange zest
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 sprigs coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 8 chicken drumsticks

- Step 1 of 6For the marinade, combine the garlic, soy, orange zest, juice, Worcestershire and honey.
- Step 2 of 6Put the drumsticks in a large bowl or plastic bag. Pour over the marinade and leave for at least two hours or overnight.
- Step 3 of 6Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
- Step 4 of 6Place the drums and marinade into an oven-proof baking dish. Place into the oven for 25 minutes, turn them over and continue to cook for a further 25 minutes.
- Step 5 of 6Remove the dish from the oven. Brush the drums with a little honey and sprinkle over the sesame seed and the coriander.
- Step 6 of 6Serve warm.
