Sticky Soy & Honey Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 sprigs coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 sprigs coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Method

  1. Step 1 of 6
    For the marinade, combine the garlic, soy, orange zest, juice, Worcestershire and honey.
  2. Step 2 of 6
    Put the drumsticks in a large bowl or plastic bag. Pour over the marinade and leave for at least two hours or overnight.
  3. Step 3 of 6
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
  4. Step 4 of 6
    Place the drums and marinade into an oven-proof baking dish. Place into the oven for 25 minutes, turn them over and continue to cook for a further 25 minutes.
  5. Step 5 of 6
    Remove the dish from the oven. Brush the drums with a little honey and sprinkle over the sesame seed and the coriander.

    Serve warm.
