Strawberry & White Wine Sangria
Our recipe for Strawberry & White Wine Sangria makes for a refreshing drink that's perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying on a summer's afternoon – served chilled, of course!
Recipe Tip Pinot grigio, riesling or sauvignon blanc are all great options for the variety of white wine.
Ingredients
- 300 mL orange juice
- 500 mL soda water or ginger ale
- 1 punnet fresh strawberries, quartered
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 6 leaves fresh mint
- 750 mL white wine
- 300 mL orange juice
- 500 mL soda water or ginger ale

- 1 cup crushed ice

- 750 mL white wine
- Step 1 of 4Place your strawberries, oranges, lemon, lime, mint and sugar into a pitcher or large jug.
- Step 2 of 4Pour in your wine, orange juice, soda water or ginger ale. Place in the fridge and leave for at least one hour to chill.
- Step 3 of 4Right before serving, place in your crushed ice.
- Step 4 of 4To decorate, take a small skewer for each glass, place a piece of strawberry, a slice of orange and then a second berry. Add to each glass before serving.
