Sweet 'n Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 500 grams meatballs
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 400 grams diced tomatoes
- 250 grams stir-fry vegetables
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoons oil
- 1 spring onion, chopped

- Step 1 of 4To make the sauce, into a small saucepan place the spring onion, vinegar, tomatoes and sugar bringing it to a simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water then stir through the sauce cooking until it thickens.
- Step 2 of 4In a large frying pan heated to a medium heat, brown the meatballs evenly and until cooked through for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- Step 3 of 4Heat the oil in the pan and fry the vegetables for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Add the meatballs back along with the sauce bringing it all to a simmer.
- Step 4 of 4Serve hot with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
