Tropical Eton Mess

Ingredients
- 12 meringues twirls
- 300 mL cream
- 220 grams marshmallows, cut in half
- 2 green kiwifruit, sliced
- 170 grams passionfruit pulp
- 500 grams mango yoghurt
- 500 grams strawberries, tops removed and finely sliced

- Step 1 of 5Whip the cream in a large bowl until peaks form.
- Step 2 of 5Add marshmallows, mango yoghurt and mix together until well combined.
- Step 3 of 5Cut meringues into pieces instead of crushing them. This keeps the pretty swirls intact and makes the dessert look even more impressive.
- Step 4 of 5In a dessert glass, layer up the mango cream, meringue pieces, strawberries, kiwifruit and one teaspoon of passionfruit pulp until ⅔ full. Repeat in all glasses until all ingredients have been used.
