Watermelon Granita
Cool off with this simple Watermelon Granita—sweet, refreshing, and zesty with lime. Made with 4 ingredients, it's a no-cook frozen treat that's perfect for hot days or as a light dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon flesh
- 1 tablespoons runny honey
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- Step 1 of 4Remove any seeds from the watermelon.
- Step 2 of 4Place the flesh into a blender. Add the honey, zest and juice and blitz until smooth. Pour into a freezer-proof dish. Cover and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Step 3 of 4Use a fork to scrape the icy watermelon towards you to create the granita. Return to freezer until needed.
- Step 4 of 4To serve, decorate with a little extra watermelon and lime zest if desired.
