Wheat Biscuit and Berry Crumble

- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

- 3 cups frozen berries

- Step 1 of 4Preheat an oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced).
- Step 2 of 4Into a large bowl, crush the wheat biscuits. Add the oats, sugar, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts and melted butter. Stir well to combine.
- Step 3 of 4Into an ovenproof dish, place the berries. Add the crumble mixture and bake for 30 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Step 4 of 4Use as a topping for a fruit crumble or with yoghurt for breakfast.
