Our Delivery Now service provides a faster form of delivery than a standard online order, bringing your groceries directly to you within 90 minutes!

• Speed: Your groceries are delivered within a 90-minute window.
• Cost: A flat $19 premium fee, plus a $1.50 bag fee.
• Availability: Available 7 days a week for addresses within a 6km radius of the store (hours of operation vary by site).
• Live Tracking: You will receive an SMS alert containing a live tracking link from our delivery partner once your order has been collected from the store and is out for delivery.
  What You Need to Know Before You Order

To guarantee our fast turnaround times, there are a few important details to keep in mind when placing an Delivery Now order:

• 50 Item Limit: Delivery Now is designed for fast, "shop for now" orders. Therefore, orders are limited to a maximum of 50 items. If your cart exceeds this limit, you will be prompted to review your order and remove items before you can proceed with the Delivery Now service.
• Restricted Items: Because of the rapid nature of the delivery, certain items cannot be ordered via Delivery Now. This includes restricted items like alcohol and tobacco, as well as hot food and deli platters.
• No Order Modifications: Because our in-store team starts picking your items immediately to meet the 90-minute promise, no changes can be made once your Delivery Now order is placed. You cannot add or remove items, change your delivery time, or switch to a standard order later.
• Substitutions: If an item you ordered is out of stock, our team will substitute it with a similar "like-for-like" product (for example, matching specific attributes like Gluten Free or Low Fat).
